Prescriptions, results, Referrals: It is the policy of practice that all repeat prescriptions, referral requests, notification of results require an appointment. In some cases, practice nurse may give your results over the phone by doctor’s direction.
Medical Certificate: For medical certificates, please make a booking. It is not the policy of practice to back date medical certificates.
Contacting the Doctors: Our practice nurse and reception team will answer phone calls. In case of medical emergency you can speak to your doctor.
Management of Patient Health Information: Our practice is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal health information, should you require clarification of this information please speak to one of our reception staff to obtain a copy of our privacy policy , Should you wish to obtain details or information of your health information or how to obtain your health information from the practice please speak to our reception staff, For further information, or alternatively please telephone or email the practice and one of our reception staff will contact you to assist you with this.
Patient Feedback: Please feel free to talk to your doctor or reception staff if you have any suggestions or are unhappy with our service, a suggestion box is located at reception for your feedback, or alternatively feel free to telephone or email the Practice Manager with your concerns or queries.
